I signed up as a heating contractor and bought my first lead for £30 + vat. Called the customer immediately and arranged a date to attend and provide an estimate. The next day before I arrived the customer called to cancel the appointment starting that they now had a quote that they were happy with. So I acted in a timely manner and didn't get to quote but I'm still get charged £36. No thanks, just doesn't make good financial sense. I've closed my account.

I recently had a negative experience with Leads.io, a company offering lead generation services. While I cannot definitively comment on the quality of their leads themselves, as I ultimately did not engage with their services, my interaction with their sales team left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

Unprofessional and Unfriendly Communication:

My initial contact with Leads.io was through their sales team. Unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. The communication lacked professionalism and was, at times, outright rude. Instead of engaging in a genuine conversation to understand my needs and the potential fit between their services and my business, the representative employed an aggressive sales tactic, pressuring me to commit to a pre-paid package without fully addressing my questions or concerns.

Prepayment Requirement Raises Red Flags:

The insistence on prepayment for all leads was a major red flag. Legitimate lead generation companies typically offer various payment options, allowing clients to pay per lead or after a trial period to assess the quality and effectiveness of the leads. This upfront payment demand, coupled with the unprofessional sales approach, gave me the strong impression that Leads.io might not be a trustworthy company.

We bought thousands of pounds of leads from this company and they very poor. The last invoice is fully disputed. Last 50 leads were absolute garbage. We will not be using this company again

Poor quality leads from this company. Customers already had works completed at point of our purchase or not coming back to our messages/ email. When disputed we are just met with garbage responses with no real justification from the company. Avoid.

Very unprofessional company struggling to make profit using fake reviews to boost themselves, they lie about their hiring process. They're located in a cheap small hard to find office in London and don't have the finance to pay staff, with only two people working in the office it's without surprise why they're struggling.

The hiring manager looks like a reduction sale Zuckerberg, very rude please avoid working for or working with this company how can they market you when they can't market themselves? Food for thought.

Very poor quality leads for Solar PV. These cannot possibly be properly qualified . They also reject returns most of the time.
