Een afspraak proberen te maken voor biometrie. Ondanks dat op de IND site staat dat biometrie mogelijk is in alle IND loketten, accepteert dit loket in Eindhoven alleen kennismigranten. Mensen met een regulier verblijfsdocument moeten dus naar Den Bosch voor enkel biometrie.

I've been twice now. The best visa experience ever, in any country I've visited. Everyone is super friendly, they speak english. At our first appointment we didn't have everything we needed but they still don't waste the appointment and take all your relevant info.

The lady at the reception was very sweet. She welcomed us with a smile, gave us expat guides and brochures. The staff were also too kind to give my daughter a crayon box and paper, while we were busy getting registered. Overall, great experience!

Impressive experience compared to other expat centers in other countries. I was received with a tote bag with small presents and flyers of the city and region. Everything was on time and super fast. Doing these things can be really frustrating and stressful, but I need to say this office works super good.

Coming to the NL and wanting to settle even more as I am waiting to start my job, in this Center they told me that they don’t help imigrants. I am a highly skilled and educated EU citizen who wanted just to get to know more about events and how to meet people here. The lady on the desk was quite rude.

It's quite frustrating getting through to them. And when I did, there was very rude person who answered the phone. She did not have the courtesy to listen to any of my questions. Just told me they were busy, send them an email and hang up the phone. You may be busy, it's understandable, but it doesn't mean you should be uncouth too.
