I am a new user and I found the format to be very user-friendly. I’m enjoying building my website. I have not taken advantage of all the functions the platform has available. I am enjoying the process. I am looking for information on how to cancel my automatic annual subscription as I would rather have the option to either resubscribe or not. I’m sure I will be sent an email letting me know as I get closer to the one year anniversary. Great product so far, enjoying it immensely. I also took advantage of the half price sale so I feel I’m getting good value for my dollar

I wanted to cancel my annual subscription 20 days after having paid for it, because I realized a template on another platform worked better for me and provide 30 trial time. I'm an amateur website builder for my own business, they said they only gives 14 days trial time, but how can I try out all your features and components within 14 days time and now they said no refund at all. It's not a reasonable approach to gain your reputation at all.

Although we use this for our website email and store I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a choose of another provider we are too deep in to change unfortunately but the customer service is awful and it takes days for them to reply if not weeks and there is no phone support at all it’s terrible service when you rely on it.. wish we’d looked more into it before we selected these to go with! Choose carefully

So far so good ! not replaced my old site as yet , while I get this one perfected - has been way easier to edit than wix - and the main reason I changed is cost ! much cheaper , and support seems to be good , with lots of emails on how to alter things - so yes happy so far

It's a pretty good web builder. I have trouble navigating some things and difficult to correct an error when I make one ... but basically very good for a beginner like me! I like the look of it and the various options and AI is helpful too.
